Ways We Can Rework Your Clothes

See how tailoring, remodelling, and upcycling can work for different kinds of garments.

Fit Update

Everyday Alterations

For garments that need a cleaner fit or small structural changes, we assess the piece first and then plan the adjustment.

  • Alter hems, seams, or proportions after an in-person fitting
  • Review the garment again at collection before you leave

Style-Led Remodelling

If a garment no longer suits your style, we can discuss a redesign that gives it a more current shape.

  • Restyle dresses, skirts, shirts, or jackets for a new look
  • Approve the concept before remodelling begins

Vintage Care

Vintage Fit Adjustments

Vintage pieces often need careful handling, so we review the fabric and construction before suggesting changes.

  • Update the fit of vintage garments while respecting their construction
  • Work within the limits of the original fabric and seam allowance

Fabric Reuse

Upcycling from Existing Fabric

When a garment cannot be remade as originally imagined, usable fabric may still support a smaller upcycling project.

  • Turn usable fabric into accessories or smaller projects
  • Choose a practical way to reuse material from garments that are no longer worn

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions Before You Book

Common questions about fittings, project quotes, and how garment remodelling is handled.

How is pricing decided for alterations and remodelling?

We begin with an assessment of the garment, fabric, construction, and requested fit. Final pricing is shared after that review, not before.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Yes, we handle garment redesign consultation, dress and skirt remodelling, shirt and jacket restyling, vintage-garment fit updates, and fabric-reuse accessory projects.

How long does a redesign project usually take?

The turnaround depends on the project scope and material review. Redesign work is typically quoted after assessment and concept approval.

When can I book an appointment?

Fittings are by appointment. Monday to Friday appointments run from 09:00 to 19:00, Saturday is by appointment, and Sunday is closed.

Can you guarantee the exact fit or final silhouette?

No. We can discuss likely outcomes, but the final result depends on the garment's construction, seam allowances, fabric condition, and fitting limits.

Need Help Planning a Project?

If your garment needs a fit update or a redesign plan, send an enquiry and we will guide you through the assessment first.
